🔄 14 Days Return & Exchange Policy

At MM VIRSA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

📦 Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

You may return or exchange your item if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All original tags and labels are intact.

  • The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is not purchased during clearance or final sale offers (unless defective).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Cut pieces or fabrics that have been altered or stitched.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or handling errors.

  • Products returned without original packaging or invoice.

🔁 How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at support@mmvirsa.com or WhatsApp at 0328-4784747 within 14 days.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will guide you through the return process.

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will offer either:

    • Exchange with another product, or

    • Refund via store credit or bank transfer (as per our policy).

📍 Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or wrongly sent.

  • In case of our fault, we will arrange free pickup or cover the return charges.

✅ Important Notes:

  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • MM VIRSA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
