Yes. Cash on delivery is available nationwide across Pakistan, subject to courier availability in your area. Delivery is free on all orders with no hidden charges.
Do you deliver across Pakistan, and is delivery free?
Yes. We deliver nationwide across Pakistan and shipping is free on all orders — there are no hidden charges, so the price you see is the price you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. Standard delivery is 2 to 5 working days for major cities, and remote areas may take a little longer. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available nationwide, subject to courier availability in your region. You can also pay online in Pakistani Rupees.
Can I return or exchange unstitched fabric?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. The fabric must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Items bought during clearance or final sale are excluded unless defective.
What cannot be returned?
Cut pieces or fabric that has been altered or stitched cannot be returned, nor can items damaged through misuse, washing or handling, or products sent back without the original packaging and invoice.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact us within 14 days at support@mmvirsa.com or on WhatsApp at 0328-4784747 with your order number and the reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item we will arrange an exchange or a refund.
Will the colour match what I see on screen?
We photograph every fabric as accurately as we can, but colours and textures can vary slightly between screens and lighting. Our fabrics also carry a one year colour warranty.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships we send a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. If a parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and tell us straight away.
